Strawberry Cheese Pie

Prepare a graham cracker crust. Stir one package of Strawberry Danish Dessert into 1 3/4 cups of cold water in medium saucepan. Boil for 1 minute stirring constantly. While cooling beat in small mixing bowl 8oz of cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar. Fold in 8oz whipped cream and 2 Tbs of Danish dessert mix. Spread over crust. Fold 4 cups of strawberries into Danish dessert. Spoon over cream cheese. Let chill for 3-4 hours. Eat and Enjoy.

Sweet Treat Auction

Hi. The last of my guests from my Sweet Treat Auction just left. I invited 28 families ( Yes, I count my engaged uncle and his fiancé as a family ) but only 6 people came ( including the engaged uncle and fiancé ). But.... I still earned over $60!!! I still have some leftover treats and another lady is coming tonight and my Grandma and Grandpa ( hi :) ) are going to buy some.
